Lee McKinney
Lead Pastor
Lee McKinney is the lead pastor here at NCF. Lee and his family have attended NCF from the very first meeting in an old bread factory in Southern Pines in April of 2001. NCF and Lee, have been through lots of changes since then and he is now very glad to be the lead pastor of such a vibrant, relevant and growing church.
Lee’s prayer is that we at NCF worship God as HE desires to be worshiped. NCF has a motto; Ancient Faith for Modern Life. Lee feels that his life’s goal is to share the word of God with you in such a way that this ancient book will be relevant to your lives every day. He also prays that you are always encouraged each time we gather to sing, pray, give, share and turn to God’s word.
Lee loves spending time with his wife Nita and his 2 daughters, Amber and Jessica. He would like to get to know you better and if you would like to talk to Lee please use the available information to contact him. We hope you will contact Pastor Lee today!

Joe Keen
Pastor
Joe Keen has been serving with New Covenant Fellowship since October 2018. He is married to Megan Keen & has 3 children – Sawyer, Amos & Jehu.
Joe’s burden & calling is to be a watchman & prophetic voice in this generation calling anyone with ears to hear to repent, endure & finish well as we await our Lord’s return. He longs to see the body of Messiah (Jew & Gentile) strong, united & anointed by the Holy Spirit proclaiming Good News to the poor…healing to the brokenhearted…freedom to the captive…and bringing to the light those bound in darkness. Halleluyah!!
If you find yourself reading Joe’s blurb today & desiring prayer…he looks forward to hearing from you! May today be your day of Salvation, Freedom, Healing & Deliverance in JESUS Name!! Shalom & Blessings…May HIS Grace & Peace be multiplied to you & yours!
‘Do not let anyone mislead/deceive you.’ – Jesus (Matthew 24:4)
‘The LORD is a shelter for the oppressed, a refuge in times of trouble. Those who know Your Name trust in You, for You, O LORD, do not abandon those who search for you.’ – Psalm 9:9-10

Jesse Hentzell
Pastor
Jesse began serving at NCF in January 2023 as the Student Life Pastor.
3 THINGS YOU SHOULD KNOW ABOUT ME:
WHY I LOVE STUDENT MINISTRY:
Jesus has transformed my life forever and I am simply following His calling that he has placed on my life. I have been blessed to serve many years in children, youth, and adult ministries. I have a heart for helping students learn who Jesus is and know him as their own personal Savior. It is my goal that when they graduate high school, they do not graduate from their faith also. It is so important that our children learn to have their own faith and not just the faith of friends and family. My heart is to see God do BIG things through the next generation as they learn to develop deep and authentic relationships with Jesus.
MY FAVORITE BIBLE STORY:
The book of Jonah. I love how God knows what is best for us and pursues us even when we run from Him.
MY FAVORITE MOORE COUNTY SPOT:
On the lake
